Inefficient accessibility to everything around an employee in a coworking space - be it using an ID card, ordering takeout, navigating through different buildings, you name it.

Project Overview

For this B2C project, my team and I worked to increase and streamline 'adoptability' of the app. We revamped the mobile app to increase user engagement, push for operational efficiency and retain for long-term usage.

Project Impact

Digital ID activations and usage: Converted majority of signed up users to adopt digital ID within 48 hours
Meeting room bookings: Skyrocketed booking rate in the first week.
Food Orders: An increase in online food ordering and restaurant exploration.

Why was this a problem?

Cowrks had created a beautiful campus for a Cowrking space - giving their competitors a run for their money. Only issue, people weren't aware of their campus being this well-thought out and abundant. Lack of awareness, lack of access, lack of clarity and lack of navigation was the blocker.

Research and Design Methods

I facilitated in-person ideation workshops and brainstorming sessions with our team of 2, to align cross-functional teams, uncover user insights, and collaboratively co-design strategies and implementation plans through methods of role-playing, interviewing and fly-on-the-wall observations.

This involved days of exploration, research, talking to users on-site, navigating campus in an empathy-driven approach to see how users viewed, navigated and accessed the campus.

We turned our inferences into insights, and came up with a viable problem statement.

The result

A mother app for a coworking space that caters to all amenities and services provided around the campus for the user.
The idea was to provoke users to move from remote working conditions, to hybrid and ultimately to work completely from office - without hassle. The perks and incentives of working from office - comfort of all services at your seat. Replicating a five-star hotel experience in your everyday routine - at your daily 9 to 5.
